Even though they may try as they might to get a better reasonable time, often their nights are full of twisting and turning, and unsuccessfully waking up feeling refreshed. Sleep expert Dr. Susheel Patil says, most people are in sleep debt that they have accumulated over the course of the week, and resting for two days on the weekend isn’t enough to catch up.

Get Into a Routine
Routines are a great way to get into any sort of healthy habit. Whether it’s exercising or going to bed on time, getting your body used to regular rhythm is extremely beneficial. Develop a schedule that determines when you start settling down before bed and set a bedtime for yourself. Often we are so scarred as children from having to go to bed early, that we allow ourselves to stay up far too late as adults. However, Better sleep is a luxury. The earlier you go to sleep, the better you’ll feel the next day. Save your long nights for the weekends when you can sleep in!
Avoid Screens
Looking at your phone or your computer that emits too much blue light can start to hinder your sleep. If you can, wear glasses that block blue light, or avoid your screens altogether before bed. Instead of looking at your phone, which may keep you up for hours later than you intended, read a book instead!
Avoid Coffee In The Afternoon
A lot of people find themselves starting to lag in energy in the afternoon. So, they do the most natural thing which is to reach for a cup of coffee. However, that seemingly innocent afternoon cup of coffee may be doing more damage than good. If you find yourself less than sleepy when it’s time to lay your head on your pillow, it could be a sign of too much caffeine in the afternoons. Some people are more sensitive to caffeine than others, so make sure that your sleepless nights aren’t due to a sensitivity to that afternoon java.
Set The Right Environment
