However, before we start, be sure that you can connect to the internet. Without the internet connection, you cannot reach the mail server either. And also be sure you have sufficient disk space free on your C: drive.

Flush DNS Cache

It is something that you can do without facing any further hassle. You just need to clear the local cache after which your device will rebuild it automatically.

  • In the very first place, hold & press the keys Windows key + X.
  • Afterward, locate and choose the Command Prompt or Windows PowerShell
  • Now, type: ipconfig/flushDNS& hit the Enter key
  • Once done, simply close the PowerShell
